Bruce Dulley is the principal of Bruce Dulley Family Lawyers. He is admitted to the Supreme Courts of Queensland and New South Wales, and to the High Court of Australia, and is a member of the Queensland Law Society and of the Family Law Practitioners Association.
Bruce has specialised over the last 40 years in family law, dealing with all types of child and property settlement issues, child support, spousal maintenance, superannuation splitting, coercive control and domestic violence matters, as well as relocation and recovery applications — including international applications in Malaysia and the People's Republic of China.
Bruce is a family-oriented person with seven children, one of whom is autistic. He understands children with special needs and the issues that raises in a family dynamic.
Clients value Bruce's calm, practical approach. He explains the law in plain English, gives a realistic view of likely outcomes, and works to resolve matters by agreement wherever that is in the client's interests — while being fully prepared to advocate firmly in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia when a fair settlement cannot be reached. He also acts as a Brisbane town agent for regional Queensland and interstate firms.
